Patty's "no pressure" style allows her to negotiate well and achieve results. A native of Ohio, Patty has resided in Bradenton since 1980, with only a brief stint away in Lexington, Kentucky. Because her husband has been the Director of Adult Tennis for the IMG/Bollettieri Academies, Patty has come in contact often with newcomers to the Bradenton area, adding to her vast understanding and knowledge of the diverse neighborhoods and lifestyles available in this Gulf Coast community.
