Working at the pace her clients feel comfortable with, Patty achieves results by drawing upon both her in-depth expertise in the multi-faceted transaction process, and her skillful ability to negotiate.
Throughout her career, Patty has often welcomed newcomers to the Bradenton area, sharing with them her comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the diverse neighborhoods in this community. She has also worked with many seasoned sellers to achieve the right price in the right timeframe. A native of Ohio, Patty lives with her husband, Chip, and their four wonderful children in Bradenton. A proud contributor to the MSC Foundation and a co-leader of the women’s ministry at her church, Patty believes in giving back to the community that she loves so much. Truly, she would not want to live anywhere else but here!
